Our Safety consultants can visit your business to provide insight into the level of business compliance then, in consultation with your people, develop an improvement plan. This assessment can include cultural surveys of your employees to factor in their perspectives. This assessment helps you to uncover what you don't know resulting in better risk management. Our Principal Safety Consultant has audited across the globe and Australasia throughout a wide variety of industries.
Once the business assessment has been completed, our Safety consultants can work with you to develop improvement plans with responsibilities and timeframes assigned. These plans can assist with demonstrating business due diligence and that leadership is committed to continual improvement.
Policies and procedures offer administrative controls and guidance for employees. Our Safety consultants offer a suite of customised policies and procedures to help with risk management, compliance and business consistency.
Once policies and procedures have been developed, our Safety consultants can assist with implementation. This may take the form of group training, workshop facilitation and/or one on one instruction. Our Principal Safety Consultant has been developing and delivering training for over 30 years.
Our Safety consultants offer one on one coaching and mentoring to assist your people to being the most effective leaders they can be. A program of either 6 or 12 weeks is offered to develop, improve and sustain required leadership skills.
Our HR consultants will visit your workplace, observe current practices, assess policies and procedures, speak with and survey employees to assess your current HR compliance levels. We then use people analytics to understand where your employee attraction, action and attrition sits currently. This enables you to discover what you didn't know about your business or confirm suspicions.
